Every product sold on Textbook Testbanks is a digital file — usually a PDF test bank or solutions manual. There is no physical shipping. Once your payment is confirmed (normally within seconds), you receive:
- A download link on the checkout Thank You page for immediate access.
- An order-confirmation email at the address you provided, with the same download link and a copy of your receipt.
Delivery time
Typical delivery: 0–30 seconds after successful checkout. In rare cases (bank verification, 3-D Secure prompt, or a slow payment provider) delivery may take a few minutes. If you have not received your file within 15 minutes, please contact support — we are available seven days a week and respond within a few hours.

File format and access
All test banks and solutions manuals are provided as PDF files unless the product page states otherwise. You can open the file on any device with a PDF reader (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Chromebook). The file is yours to keep — there is no expiring link and no separate account required.
International customers
