Textbook Testbanks stands behind every test bank and solutions manual we sell. If a product is not what you expected, is missing content, does not match the edition advertised, or fails to download, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Returns are always free and there are no restocking fees.
Return window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to submit a refund request. This matches the MerchantReturnFiniteReturnWindow we publish in our product schema and applies to buyers in every country we serve, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Mexico, France, Spain, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.
What qualifies for a refund
- The file was not delivered and we cannot resend it.
- The file is corrupt, unreadable, or incomplete.
- The content does not match the ISBN, edition, or product title shown on the product page.
- You purchased the wrong edition and would like a swap for the correct one (in which case we will exchange, or refund).
- You changed your mind and have not downloaded the file.
What does not qualify
- Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase.
- Claims that the product does not match your instructor’s customized version. Our resources match the publisher edition identified by ISBN — if your instructor has assembled a custom compilation, please contact us before purchase to confirm compatibility.
How to request a refund
- Email support@textbooktestbanks.com or use the Contact page.
- Include the email address you used at checkout, the order or receipt number, and a short reason.
- If the file is corrupt or the wrong edition, attach a screenshot or the page number where the issue starts.
Processing time
We reply to every refund request within one business day (usually within a few hours). Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method:
- Credit & debit cards: 3–10 business days to appear on your statement (bank-dependent).
- PayPal: typically immediate, up to 24 hours.
- Other payment methods: processed according to the provider’s standard timeline.
Return method & fees
Because our products are digital, there is no physical return. When we approve a refund we simply disable your download link and return the funds. There is no return-shipping cost and no restocking fee.
